I've been using Flexwallet for a few years now, and use it on a daily basis. I find FlexWallet useful for not just passwords, but for keeping notes and tips as well. If you're like most professionals at work, you have multiple passwords that keep changing and must be remembered. And then there's that quick tip someone gave you that you know will come in handy. Or perhaps a gift list, or store peoples clothes sizes. It has multiple uses and really helps out through the day. I prefer the tree view myself, and have become very accustom to it. It also comes with a free desktop interface. I use it on my PC as much as my WM5 PDA. Just copy and paste passwords. And it has heavy encryption so I don't have to be paranoid if someone gets a hold of the file. Because they wouldn't be able to get into to view it.
