IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
Please make sure to use Journal Sync 1.7 or above.
For ANY technical Journal sync issue, we will need at least one log to determine what the issue is.
The two logs we may need are the Journal Sync log and the ActiveSync log. If the issue is at the fundamental level that Journal Sync is not being enabled we only need the ActiveSync wcesmgr.log which can be found in the TEMP directory of Windows. The easiest way to find this is to go to Start->Run and type in %TEMP%
If the issue is with how Journal Sync is synching, then we need the JS log itself. To get this log turn on logging within Journal Sync via the ActiveSync's Options. Then when your sync is done open the Journal Sync options again and have it open the log file. Grab both logs and zip them and attach them to the support request.
