Because most of the questions we get require us to ask certain bits of info, we can speedup the support process by asking for some information up front. All support requests are logged in the database.

Before submitting a technical issue - make sure you are using the latest release. Do not submit support requests for beta releases. Feel free to test beta releases to see if your issue has already been taken care of. Or if you are using a beta version, pleast post your issue here. Click here for more information.
