Upgrade
All of our minor versions are free upgrades. For example,
version 4.5 to 4.5.1 is a free upgrade. All major versions
have a nominal upgrade fee of a percentage of the purchase price. Furthermore,
we provide free upgrades to a major release to all purchasers
of the product within 1 month of purchase. We to reserve
the right to expand these policies on a per customer basis
based on circumstances or to expand these policies for a certain
release.
Privacy
At WebIS, your right to privacy is one of our primary concerns.
This Privacy Policy describes the guidelines we use to protect
the information we collect about you during your visit to
our Web site and through the purchase process.
Information we collect
At various times, WebIS requests personal information.
This can be done while you are visiting our forums, requesting
support, and during the purchase process. Information we
collect may include your name, address, telephone number,
and email address. We do not collect credit card info.

The requests for information allow WebIS to provide services

us. The information that we collect during a purchase is
necessary for us to fulfill your order, track the status
