Web Information Solutions, Inc. (WebIS) is a privately held company founded in 1997 to provide small businesses in the Austin area with professional web applications consulting.

From 1997 to 2000 WebIS worked in the areas of LAN/WAN networking, software development, web application design, business development, e-Commerce and database driven application hosting. In 2000, we began to explore and work with Windows Mobile/PocketPC devices and currently have several commercial applications available for Windows Mobile Pocket PC and Smartphone as well as Research In Motion's BlackBerry device'

WebIS is now fully committed to creating the most innovative productivity applications for the Mobile market. WebIS is a Microsoft Certified Partner.

At WebIS we pride ourselves on the software we create and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Our goal is to provide trial versions of our software available so you can decide whether you want a product before you purchase it. However, we will always accept returns within 30 days of your purchase if you're not happy with your software for any reason. We will either fully refund of your purchase price (less any shipping), or a give you a credit or different product in exchange. Please note that we can only give refunds on items purchased directly from us. If you buy something from a reseller, even if it's through a link on this website, any refunds need to be handled by that reseller, according to their policy.

Vision and Focus

We focus on next generation usability for productive software on mobile platforms. Our principals participate in many events providing guidance and experience on what's next for the mobile market. We also believe that to meet our responsibilities as vision leaders for the mobile market we need to keep a non-US exclusive market-view. As such we work closely with people around the world in different language markets to provide extensive localizations for the labels in our application as well as behavior localizations including right to left display, Asian language considerations, and more.

Community

WebIS has built our business based on our customer-focused way of doing business. We created one of the first forum based communities back in 2000 and we keep ourselves close to the action. WebIS would not be the brand that it is without our customers and our forums.

Phone Numbers

We focus on sales and support over the Internet using our interactive ordering and support functions here at our web site. Due to the worldwide exposure we get and the large percentage of international user base coupled with the technical nature of most issues we find that we can respond much faster through written email and screenshots. As such we do not provide phone support. However, if you need to give us a call, just email us first and we will schedule a phone call to you.

Hours of Operation
